Transfer News & rumours: Man Utd want Paul Pogba to return to Old Trafford

Manchester United are reportedly considering a move to re-sign Paul Pogba from Juventus.

Pogba left United on a free transfer in summer 2012, signing for Juventus after rejecting a new contract with the Red Devils, and has impressed in Serie A.

His performances have led to reports suggesting Arsenal are keen on signing him, while Chelsea have also been linked with the 20-year-old in recent weeks.

But according to the Daily Express, United managed David Moyes is keen on luring the France international back to Old Trafford at the end of the season.

Moyes watched Juventus' Serie A game against Cagliari on Sunday, leading to speculation that Man Utd are looking to sign Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio or Arturo Vidal this month

And according to Monday's report, United are monitoring both Vidal and Pogba.

Juventus have already stressed that Pogba, who is under contract at Juventus Stadium until 2016, is not for sale, however.

Weekend newspaper reports claimed Juve were open to doing a deal with Manchester City that would see Stevan Jovetic join the Serie A giants, but the club's general manager, Beppe Marotta, has ruled out a sale.

"We would listen with courtesy to possible offers, but the answer will always be negative," Marotta told Sky Italia.

"Juve is between the most important sides and it's not the case to imagine any sales."

Paris Saint-Germain have already confirmed they are interested in signing Pogba at the end of the season.
